Mosaic Climbing Team




 

The Mosaic Climbing team is be a collection of current UC Berkeley students that are deeply involved in the climbing community at CAL and who have established themselves in climbing.  This team represents one aspect of our commitment to climbing at UC Berkeley.

Colin Wills is a third-year student at UC Berkeley studying mechanical engineering. He grew up outside of Sacramento, California, started climbing and competing at a young age, and attended over 10 Youth and Adult National Championships. Lately, his passion has been searching for new boulder problems to develop, coaching for Touchstone Climbing, and integrating his newfound passion (running) into his busy schedule and hunt for boulders. We are super proud to have Colin as our first team. Colin is also sponsored by Arc'teryx.

Claire Lin  is a second-year student at UC Berkeley studying chemistry. She is a Bay Area native from San Jose, California, and has been climbing and competing for over a decade. Claire likes illustration and loves the visual problem-solving involved with both painting pictures and figuring out tough boulders.

Grey Jensen is a first year student at UC Berkeley, who grew up climbing in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a rock climber, photographer and youngarts Alum. Lately, his work has included shooting for USAC competitions and documenting climate activism.

Diego Wong is currently a Third-year engineering student at UC Berkeley hailing from sunny Southern California. They recently won first place at Battle of the Bay in the Non-binary category and sent Evilution V11 in Bishop CA. Swipe left to catch a glimpse of Diego's recent trip in Bishop!
